When evaluating successful home businesses, there are certain things they all have in common – things that you could say were essential to their success. In fact, without these things a home business is sure to fail. It does not matter what type of home business you have or how successful you want to be, you need to know these keys to home business success in order for your home business to thrive.

Market Research

If you want to run a successful home business, you are going to need to research your market before you get started. Without proper market research, your home business may be doomed from the start. For example, say you want to start a dog washing business and you want to charge thirty dollars for each dog you bathe. You figure you can bathe about seven dogs a day and since you have very little overhead, your business should be profitable almost instantly. Unfortunately, when you start to advertise and you open up for business, you do not get a single call. What went wrong?

If you would have done your market research, you would have found out that there are five other dog washing businesses in your town. Not only do these businesses already have relationships with the local dog owners, they charge between fifteen to twenty dollars for their services. So not only are you the new kid on the block, you are the one charging the most for the services you are offering. With the right amount of market research, this costly mistake could have been avoided.

Do not make the same mistake made in our imaginary scenario. Perform market research and know exactly what you are getting into before you jump in.

Proper Planning

Every successful business, whether it is a home business or a brick-and-mortar business, needs a substantial amount of planning. Because of this, it is essential that every home business has a detailed business plan written. You can write the business plan yourself or you can hire a professional business writer to perform the work, but make sure the business plan is in black and white and is updated as needed. After all, as a home business grows and changes, the business plan will need to grow and change along with it.

Great Advertising

Every successful home business invests in good advertising. Without advertising, no one is going to know about your business. However, bad advertising can be just as detrimental to a home business as no advertising can be. If the advertising you produce for your home business does not reflect the quality your home business offers, why would potential customers trust you to provide them with quality products or services? Your advertising speaks volumes about your home business, so make sure it is done properly and professionally.

Self Discipline

All successful home business owners are self disciplined. Without self discipline, you might find it tempting to sleep in until noon everyday or let mundane paperwork slide. Your home business is as real as any storefront business and it must be run as such. Because of this, self discipline is a characteristic that all successful home business owners must possess.

Organization

Every successful home business has a certain amount of organization involved. The paperwork and files must be organized, the bookkeeping must be organized and the home office itself must be organized. Without organization, things will fall through the cracks and mistakes will happen. To ensure that your home business is as successful as possible, make sure you have an effective system of organization in place.

Remember, a home business is like a baby. It needs to be nurtured and cared for in order to grow. By practicing these keys to home business success, you will be well on your way to operating a lucrative and successful home-based business.

It seems pretty simple to set our goals toward success. Still, the process involves the use of many tools. A lot of people actually set out with a very poor toolbox in the beginning and they don’t reach the place they were hoping to reach. In order to have a winning plan for success in life, there are certain things that are just obvious, required tools that everyone should have if they hope to be successful person. At the top of the list is the ability to change your circumstances when you aren’t happy with the place you now exist. This requires the first tool known as courage.
If you plan to be successful in life, you have a choice to either accept your position or change it. You can’t decide to just plug along in your present condition hoping that someone else will change things for you. You have to create the opportunity in yourself to make a change and this requires courage. Often, people who are stuck in an abusive situation will feel as though they are trapped, controlled, and powerless to get out of that situation. They don’t realize that they have the same choice of changing their circumstances as anyone else. What paralyzes them is the fear of the unknown. They have become comfortable in their abusive situation and they don’t have the courage to break out of it. If you find yourself in circumstances that are obviously lowering your chance of success in life, then you need to change those circumstances. Courage is the first tool that will help you to begin.
After courage, there is another primary tool that you will need in your toolbox. The next major tool that is required is the willingness to persevere toward your goal.
Once you begin to apply the tool of courage, you will immediately be hit with a series of problems and difficulties in your new attempt to become successful. This is especially true in the first few weeks of your new direction in life. Because of this, you will also need the tool of willingness to persevere because courage may only last for a short time. Willingness, however, is a powerful tool that is even stronger than mere courage. It gives you the energy to keep fighting toward your success even in the face of difficulties and challenges. It gives you the ability to keep going no matter what.
Once you make it through those first few weeks on your new direction in life, you are going to need another tool that is even stronger than courage or willingness. You are going to need a solid plan that will be founded on your good sense and your capacity for reasoning and rationality. Courage is great and willingness is even better. These are great to begin with but a courageous attitude and striving ahead with the willingness to achieve success isn’t going to be enough. In order to get you to the top of the mountain, you are going to need more. Eventually, you will need a solid plan to keep you on track and to help you avoid all the difficulties you are going to encounter. You may develop a more rational and reasonable plan for success with a friend or by yourself but you are going to need that plan to be well thought out. Then you are going to have to go back and re-apply your willingness and your courage to put that plan back into action each day.
After a considerable period of time, working in a courageous manner with the willingness to persevere and to think reasonably and rationally in life, you will be well on your way to success. Many people make great strides in their life by simply applying these three tools for success.
What finally arrives as the cherry on the sundae, and which they eventually discover as the greatest tool of all, only comes after first going through the difficult times with courage, willingness and reasoning. Through the use of these three tools, a successful individual may eventually encounter the most powerful tool of Love and this tool may transform their life so as to make everything, which had previously seemed difficult, seem extremely easy and enjoyable.
Using the four tools of success, a person may eventually develop a toolbox which includes the greatest set of abilities a person can acquire. This toolbox filled with courage, willingness, reason and love will make a successful person of anyone and insure them of happiness and fulfillment in everything they do!

Being successful in your career involves adding value to your organization by helping it, and your supervisor, reach their goals.  Success also involves effectively competing for promotion opportunities.

1. Adding Value- Adding value is being helpful to your organization by contributing something of value (work products, ideas, leadership) to the organization’s success. By adding value toyour organization you will be seen as a contributing, successful employee who is a key part of the organization’s success formula. So, how do you add value?

2. Work Hard- You must work hard to be successful and valuable to your organization.  But what does this mean, exactly?  “Working hard” can be defined as producing a high quantity of work that is  of high quality, at levels equal to or higher than the norm in your organization.

3. Accumulate Knowledge- Some of your education will be gained by studying your organization’s strategies, plans, etc.  and by increasing your formal education.  This will benefit you in two ways: the knowledge you gain will allow you to stand out from your peers;and it will help you to recognize improvements, and ways to contribute to your organization’s goals, which is a value generator for you.

 4. Form Relationships- Your ability to build and sustain relationships with your supervisor, peers and customers is one of the most important factors in your ability to succeed.  Relationships will help you in many ways: 1. Your supervisor will get to know you better and may want to help you meet your goals and objectives. 2. You’ll feel more comfortable with assignments and will know your supervisor’s preferences when you get to know him/her. 3. Your peers will become trusting of you and will help you with advice and pitch in when you need it. 4. Your customers will promote you to their peers and possibly to your supervisor when you do a good job for them.

 5. Communicate- Your communication skills are very important to your success. Even as important as your technical skills, because you must be able to communicate your ideas and issues to your coworkers and your supervisor in a way that’s effective.  You must be proficient in oral, and written forms of communication, and also how to give presentations.

 6. Collaborate- A mainstay—or should be–in most organizations and a way to exhibit “maturity” in your job.  Project level collaboration includes working with your peers and stakeholders to develop a better outcome.  Collaboration is a great team builder and itallows stakeholders to feel some ownership in the solution.

 7. Lead- You can add value to your organization by exhibiting leadership in your performance of your job.  I know, you say you aren’t in a leadership position, but there are ways you can still lead even though you’re not a “titled” leader.

 8. Generate Ideas- All organizations need fresh, good, workable ideas that are relevant to meeting and exceeding their goals.  Good ideas that innovate a process or function to save time or money are “point” (value) generators extraordinaire for you.  Your organization’s leadership yearns for good ideas that they can implement and brag upon.

 9. Stewardship- Every organization and project has a budget it needs to work within.  Your supervisor is responsible for his/her portion of the organization’s budget and is probably evaluated on how well the budget is managed.  You can help stay within the budget by being reasonable, perhaps even frugal in how you spend and consume.  Even if you aren’t at a level that makes buying decisions, you can make suggestions to those that do.  Your supervisor will appreciate your efforts and will applaud your initiative.

 10. Competing- Whether you realize it or not, you’re in competition with your peers for promotions, pay increases, and sometimes the right to continue working.  Consequently you must quickly find out how to add value to your job and your organization.  Then you mustcontribute more value than your coworkers, so much more that it’s obvious to everyone, including your supervisor.

 11. Create Visibility of Your Value- Don’t cheat, lie, or cast dispersions on your coworkers to make yourself look better.  That approach will only get you in trouble.  Do it the hard way: by working harder, smarter, longer, and with higher quality.  Volunteer for special assignments and additional tasks that come up, to help a coworker who’s behind schedule (make sure your assignments don’t suffer), etc.  You will be rewarded for your hard work because your supervisor will recognize your contribution is helping her/him and the organization to reach their goals.

 12. Dress for Success- Look and act like you belong in the position you want to obtain.  If you are in a “line” position such as an accountant, analyst, engineer, etc. and want to be in a lead or coordinator role, notice how the people in those positions dress and emulate them. You must give the perception that you’re “promotion material” in how you dress and act. If you’re seen as being promotable, you’ll have a greater chance of being considered for the next opportunity to advance.

 13. Use Your Age and Experience to Your Advantage- There are stereotypes attached to age that are both positive and negative.  For example, people who are young are looked upon in two ways; from a positive point of view, they are seen as bright and energetic; but are also assumed to be inexperienced and mistake-prone from a negative point of view.  People who are older are labeled as having lots of experience and make less mistakes, but on the down side are thought to be less energetic, ready to retire, and not as smart.  Whichever category you fall in, you should accentuate the positive aspects and work toward dispelling the negative stereotypes in your case.  If successful, this will show your supervisor that you’re valuable in even more ways.

 14. Make a Plan- You must make a plan for what you want to accomplish in your time with the company.  This plan should contain goals and objectives in the form of the position or series of positions you want to hold to be successful in your organization and the steps you’ll need to take to qualify for them.  You’ll stay focused on your goals and have a greater probability of being successful by having a plan and working to it.

Being successful in your career is possible if you add value to your organization and are recognized for it.  The items listed here, if practiced properly, will increase your chances of success.

I’m a success. It wasn’t easy getting here, and it’s certainly not easy staying here. But I’m a success, and I’m here to share my experience and knowledge with you. This is going to be fast and furious. I have a lot of ground to cover, and not much time. Stick with me, however, and you can find the success inside of you too.
Success is simple. It is not easy. It is not something that can be ‘cut and pasted’ into your mind. It is not something that can be replicated by calling a hotline and making 3 easy monthly payments (plus shipping and handling). Success means effort. It means sacrifice. It means getting up with a purpose and staying focused. It means learning how to role with the punches. It means getting yourself together and kicking negativity out of your mind. There are so many methods, products and services out there right now trying to sell you success-on-tap. That is just so much nonsense. Reading a book is very different from applying the lessons. One makes you intellectual, the other makes you successful. Before going any further, ask yourself whether or not you are ready to graduate from intellect to success.
From now on, I am going to discuss some life lessons. From each of these lessons will come knowledge. This knowledge will form the body of the lessons that I am going to be bringing to you periodically. Use this knowledge. From artist to engineer, entry-level employee to CEO, you will undoubtedly become successful. These articles will provide a helping hand for you.
Lesson 1: Success Is Waiting Within Each Of Us
When I was young, I spent a lot of time watching TV or playing video games. My parents both worked, volunteered for their church, and were raising three of us. Because of that, I was able to skate by unnoticed because I kept to myself. As far as anyone was concerned, I was a good, polite, quiet kid. I just didn’t do very much beyond school or chores. I was frustrated. Then came drugs and alcohol. I used to think that my slacking in high school was because I was irresponsible. My problem was actually that I was UNDER-responsible. I was not actively seeking things to invest my time and effort in. I did not know that I could be important. I did not know that I could be taken seriously.
The Army changed that. I found myself having more responsibility than ever. My job was important. Other people’s lives depended on my ability to SUCCESSFULLY do my job. I felt utilized. I found out an important thing: I was much more content being engaged and active than I ever was when my life was on autopilot.
Is this true of you? Have you felt that you were destined for more than you are currently doing? Have you noticed that the only days you love your job are the days when you get to feel useful? If so, then let this be a wake up call. This series of articles is here for you. I will give you everything I know. You will be successful.
If you’re still not sure whether you need to be a success, then I’d challenge you to bear some things in mind. There are nearly 7 billion people on this planet right now. This world is also undergoing a period of fragile uncertainty. We face real problems. Too many mouths to feed. To many consumers and not enough resources. The news bombards us with stories about AIDS, Cancer, and economic recession. There is one universal cure for all of these problems. It is the one cure that has always fixed the world’s problems. It is simple: Successful people, armed with focus, passion, and purpose. Who are you to deprive the world of your talents? We NEED you to help fix problems, create new things, and inspire the rest of us.
Our next chat will focus on a formula that I’ve used to create success in my life. It has also changed the lives of others. It will work for you.

Starting an Online Business can be an eye opening experience, or more likely, an eye popping experience for most people. With each idea or training technique or video I watch, yet another thought crosses my mind of an ever increasing way to move my business forward. They all sound great! I’ve read, taken notes, printed material after material, and read and reread article after article in hopes of gaining a greater understanding of this online marketing business thing. These so-called experts and their ideas on paper, excuse me, ideas online, are smothered on every site you visit, every search engine, download, even online video you come across. They all want the same thing, your undivided attention. In my humble opinion, some of these experts have extremely valuable information to pass on, and others are simply wasting your time. Or so, I first thought. Just maybe I am wrong. Maybe all the information, reviews, videos, downloads, and ideas from the experts could be of use to me in some minute way down the road in order for me to grow my business. I have done the research and continue to do so to this day as I write this article, and I believe because of this effort I will be successful.
In addition to what you take from the rest of the experts on the net, I have a few more ideas of my own I would like to pass on to you. I think you will like them. I call them my Four P’s for success. Set your mind totally focused on staying ahead of the game by exercising patience, a positive attitude, a passionate desire to learn, and a planned out execution to exceed your goals and success will come. Below I will share with you two of my Four P’s for success, exercising patience, and positive attitude in part one of two articles.
1) Exercising Patience
Patience, as defined in Wikipedia, is “the state of endurance under difficult circumstances which can mean persevering in the face of delay or provocation without becoming annoyed or upset.” I love the meaning used here when it says persevering in the face of delay. Well, each of us has faced a delay of some kind or another in respect to how quickly we expect to achieve a certain level of success. I am probably right when I say all of as entrepreneurs get into the next best Online Business in hopes of returning a profit as quickly as possible. Sure that would be great if we could just snap our fingers and have money start rolling in. For most starters, it doesn’t happen this way, and did not happen this way for me either. I have always said, “If you are making money too easily at the start, you probably are not going to be able to sustain it in the long run.” It just doesn’t happen that way under normal circumstances in any business for that matter. Do not ever let anyone ever tell you or make you think that running a business from home is easy because you are being fooled. Working your business requires you to be incredibly patient for those sales to begin rolling in. If you are able to exercise this type of patience I am referring to, you will be able to cope with your eventual success in time much better.
2) Positive Attitude
Now to attain the success you want, you must have a positive approach, or mind set with your Online Business. This is my next P for success, positive attitude. When I started my own Online Business, I, as most people are, was extremely skeptical in getting into something “foreign” with very little insight on what it took to run a business of this nature. Sure, you can do your homework, research what has claimed to work for others, read reviews on what is worth your time and money to get into, or may even know someone personally who has done well for themselves working from home. But, in reality, what may work for others may not work for you at all, right? Wrong, it just may! I believe it takes one characteristic as far as your approach to a new business, whether online or not, and that is a positive attitude. That is it! No matter what happens, no matter how long it takes you or you think it should take you, no matter what the obstacles you encounter, no matter what negative feedback you get thrown at you from others, no matter what failures you face, by keeping a positive outlook you can and will get through it. I do not care where you come from, or where you are now, this type of attitude is the key to being successful. As I said earlier, skepticism is the minds of just about everyone who thinks of getting into a new business, much less a business online. However, with a positive attitude you will be amazed at what you can accomplish and how pleased you will find your results to be.
I have outlined two of my Four P’s for success in any Online Business you venture to start or join. Patience during setbacks, and having a positive attitude in everything you do are vital to being successful. These Four P’s I believe will automatically put value in your business whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or expert online marketer. In addition to the training techniques, research, and information you have already gained from experts in the field, my Four P’s for success should help boost your business forward that much more. I hope you will try these Four P’s in your own Online Business and just maybe, as it has done for me, your experience will go from an eye popping one back to an eye opening one!

We know many of the things we should be doing to be happier, to be more physically fit and to be more financially secure. We know we should set our goals, manage our time, and spend more time with our families, exercise, eat right, work hard, sleep more and have a positive mental attitude. We want to accomplish great feats and to be the best at what we do. And we want it all now.
Why are some people super-successful, while others dwell in mediocrity? Ask almost anyone out there, and I bet they’ll say they want more out of life. They want to be better, to accomplish more or to pursue those buried and forgotten goals. So, why do so many of us fall short of achieving our dreams? We all want success. We all want to be happy. We all want to be self-disciplined and fulfill our wildest dreams. In fact, we don’t just want success; we want massive success.
So, why aren’t we doing these things? The desire is there, right? Does it ever seem beyond your reach? The good news is that if you really want success, you can have it. Success is an open book test in which the answers are right in front of you if you know where to look for them. Everyone has enormous potential. You were designed for greatness. There is something you are predestined to accomplish. Let’s start on your success today. Don’t procrastinate any longer. When you take a look at your life, know that there are no do-overs, reset buttons or mulligans. This is it, so it’s time to make it happen. No longer will you stick your big toe in the pool of success; it’s time to jump in.
We all deserve and desire to be happy, to be truly successful and to have an enjoyable life. We were put on this Earth to be happy. Rather than fretting over the future, you need to enjoy life’s journey and know what it takes to achieve success and happiness. Things will not change with hope and desire alone, although they are great starting points. You also need to take action. You need to have a plan in mind and take control of your life. We all have to find that winning edge that will propel us to the top and help us achieve the things we know we are capable of accomplishing. In this chapter, we are going to take your dreams and desires and turn them into reality.
Remember the open book tests in school and how we could look up the answers?
The answers were there, right in front of us; we just had to be willing to go to the source to find the answer. Metaphorically speaking, all of the amazingly successful people in the world are constantly leaving behind clues or answers-like an open book-that can help anyone become extremely successful. I refer to the polished mastery of these combined skills as the “Exponential Factor.” When you have the Exponential Factor, your potential for success skyrockets to unlimited heights. As the name suggests, your possibilities for success and greatness become exponential.
Life is a fantastic game. We can spend our time either training and winning or waiting in the bleachers of life, watching and wishing we were on the field doing the things we really know we can and want to do. You are in charge of your life. How you live is your decision and yours alone. You can make excuses and rationalize all day why you are not on the field, but until you decide you want to be in the game, that you want to enjoy the victories as well as suffer the bruises and defeats, you will not be happy or reach the success you know you deserve or are capable of achieving.
THE PROBLEMS AND PITFALLS
There are many quick fixes that create excitement and motivation, ones that work for a few days or even months, but eventually after that initial euphoric feeling wears off, we are back to square one. We are back to wanting and wishing, but with no results. Why, after all the flashy seminars and conferences and CDs, are we still only temporarily motivated? Why have we still not arrived at the destination we call success? What is taking us so long? Motivation and personal development is a billion-dollar industry, and it only continues to grow each year. Thousands of books and lectures exist on the topics of success and personal development. They’re all telling us what we want to hear, but where are the lasting long-term results? Why, after so much invested time, is it always back to our warm comfort zone?
I have often wondered why, even in the midst of best intentions, excitement declines and persistence deteriorates. Even the endeavors that are most meaningful to us seem to get lost in the distance when we are confronted by life’s daily setbacks, hassles and frustrations. All too often, the path to success, at times so clearly defined, begins to get blurry again. But lack of long-term success goes much deeper than daily setbacks, hassles and frustrations. Take time to examine where all the detours come from: the self-doubt, the self-sabotage, the nagging, the negative inner voice and the inability to stick to the things you know you should be doing. Sometimes, our lack of persistence stems from the fact that the required behavior is not part of our customary pattern. Other times, it’s because we’re not doing it for the right reasons or in the right way. Sometimes, it’s because we’re trying to treat the surface problem or behavior rather than the underlying issue it stems from. That is, we’re treating the symptoms instead of the disease. It is like trying to get off a car stuck on cruise control.
Whatever the reasons may be, you can’t keep waiting around Are you waiting for a terrible experience to make you change your ways? Are you hoping for a miracle, the lottery or Publisher’s Clearinghouse to change your life? I want to show you how to get started now. This is not just another motivational attempt. These concepts will change your life, will supercharge your success and will bring you happiness. Now it is time to give yourself permission to win.

Exponential success is the mathematical process of multiplying numbers. Remember your math days and the different calculations you used. Remember that 4+4=8 and 4X4 is 16 but 4 to the 4th power is 256. Same numbers still math, same amount of effort of do the math on a calculator but look at the difference in results. This process yields greater numbers than any other mathematical process. Some people are satisfied with minor success throughout their lives, adding to their lives a little at a time. Some people want to multiply the joy they have and the goals they want to accomplish. Learn to demand the most from life and achieve success exponentially.
You must to have the will to win. The desire to make the changes that will bring success and happiness. I will show you how to maintain and sustain desire and drive for your success, not a temporary solution but a lifetime of exponential success and happiness. It will be worth it but it does take some effort.
Just when the space shuttle goes into orbit it has to expend the most fuel getting the momentum to get out of the atmosphere. But once it gets into orbit it expends less energy. Just like ES it is hard at first then it becomes a natural process. Becoming successful is like starting to exercise. At first it starts to hurt and take a lot of mental effort to get to the point where it feels good and is exhilarating. Once you get past this point that is when the energy drive, and determination.
You need to learn to customize a success plan and to your needs, according to your talents, drive, personality, abilities, strengths, and weaknesses. You can’t live exponentially by following a preset predetermined pattern that someone else uses. It will get you close and make you somewhat successful but won’t get you to live exponentially and find your own pattern you need to reach the pinnacle of your success potential.
When you find this pattern and your passion you will reach ES. You will have to be flexible and moldable as you discover the things that will bring you to true success. You have all the pieces you need to find the very best within you and bring you to the pinnacle of your success potential. You are one of a kind, therefore your success plan should be unique.
You want success and to be the best at what you do. No one likes living in mediocrity and not doing the things they know they are capable of achieving. No one likes to feel second class or under accomplished. Everyone wants to be recognized as being the best in something and having great talents and abilities.
We all want it, but why don’t we have it? The desire is there, but where is the action to bring you to the level of success we know we deserve and want? What are you waiting for? What is going to make it happen? Does success get easier the longer we wait? Are we waiting for an terrible experience to make us change our ways? Are we hoping for a miracle, the lottery or Publishers Clearinghouse to change our lives? Lets get started now today at this moment or statistics show it won’t happen.
For Example, It took you 10 years to gain 20 pounds and you won’t lose it over night. It took you years to get deep into debt and you won’t become financially independent overnight. This is a process and not a quick fix. You can’t plant your crops 2 weeks before harvest. You can’t prepare for a marathon 2 weeks before it starts. You can’t cram for a final one hour before it begins. You can’t save for retirement 5 years before it happens. You won’t be successful overnight just because you have the desire.
Dr says we find a need to lose weight and get control of our lives so we run out and get a weight loss system. We spend money on equipment and special food and get excited to lose weight. We know it is important and it will improve our lives but we don’t stick to it. It might last a few weeks, but it is slide back to our comfort zone. Sure it might happen for a few days weeks maybe even months but soon it is business as usual. Why?
It is not part of our customary pattern or natural process and we are not doing it for the right reasons or in the right way according to our individual unique psychology. You need to find out what works for you as a natural process, A natural process is something you can do, something you feel comfortable and exciting and internally motivated to accomplish. This is so we don’t have to strain and go against the grain to become what we want to become.
Your life is your own plot of ground. You can do what you want, plant what you want and you get to decide what you going to harvest or what type of weeds or infestation you will allow. Are you going to water? Are you going to be happy with your plot of ground or ashamed of your plot of ground? This is your choice.
You have started with desire to be and achieve the things you know you want. Desire is the difference between a average person and a high achiever. Be careful because desire and complacency tend to contradict each other. You must decide the complacency and comfort zone is the real reason you are not where you want to be. Sure you can come up with lists of excuses and rationalizations but if you are not on that list you have to back up and take full responsibility for who and what you are and become.
When I started to research success there are many words that start with self- (esteem, image, discipline.) We will get you out of your comfort zone and into the exponential success zone so you can reach your full potential. Learn to push yourself beyond your capabilities. Never cap your ability to be successful; you have never reached your best in all areas of your life. This includes your personal best, you can perform beyond your limits and skills. The plan will unfold a piece at a time. When you are ready to begin the success process the pieces of the plan begin to appear.
We just want to get in control of our lives be happy and find the success that is waiting for us. We leave with a good feelings and desire to make the changes but once we get back to life. There are setbacks we get back to business as usual. No long-term changes or happiness just the same old thing. Why,? We have not found out what it is that make us tick and how to empower ourselves to make that change. What makes successful people successful?

We would all love to be able to walk down to the local supermarket and pick up a bottle of success. But let’s look past that fantasy and find out one of the most basic reasons why people become successful.

Right now, think of someone that you know personally who is successful. Can you see their face in your mind?

Good.

Now ask yourself this question, “Does this person have a successful routine or set of habits that makes them successful?” I would be shocked if they didn’t.

Sometimes the only difference between being successful and being average is having successful habits. Some examples of successful habits could be getting up earlier, doing thing when they need to be done, being prepared, or effective time management.

So how do you start to build these success habits in your life? Here are 4 tips on creating successful habits.

1. Identify – Find the areas in your life that need changing. Write down these new habits that need to be formed. Don’t become overwhelmed at trying to figure out how you are going to form all of these habits.

2. Pick 2 – Most people sabotage themselves by trying to change everything at once. Instead, pick one major and one minor habit that you want to form. For the next 30-90 days these will be the success habits that you will create.

3. Start small – Now that you have your two success habits, create a daily or weekly routine that is easy to follow. For instance, let’s say that you want to wake up an hour earlier so that you can get more successful things done. Instead of setting your alarm an hour earlier right at the beginning, only set it 2-5 minutes earlier every morning until you reach your goal. This way it would take you 30 days or 12 days respectively to create your success habit.

Remember, the best way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time.

4. Repeat – Once you have created your new habits move on to the next 2 success habits that you want to create. Before you know it you will have created a whole new life full of success filled habits.

Just imagine where you will be in one year if you follow these four keys to creating successful habits. If it takes you only 60 days to create 2 habits, you will have created 12 success habits in just one year!

We naturally want to gravitate to what success offers. It comes naturally for our curiosity, nature, appetite, hearts desire and purpose. Success for most of us means taking the high road, aspiring to something more and beyond, reaching ever-higher, to achieve, grow, expand and get better. It is ingrained and instilled in us almost.
Success is then typified as mastery and being in control of destiny, process and outcome, not feeling helpless, a victim of events, random chance and the like. Success embodies our wants, needs and desire as individuals, as human beings!
Living life to its fullest potential is at stake here. Success if mind over matter and within our every easy reach. It is about the balance between moral and ambition, regardless of your role, function or contribution in society. We all want to taste of success and be successful. We envision, crave and work (even manipulate if we have to) our way for and towards it.
Success is individual and unique and collective. Whether artiste, soldier, business executive, media representative, clerk, we all strive for a better life and getting ahead. It is common bond and factor we all share. Success is within reach of all, especially those who choose to embrace it fully. WE can make and claim our reality and destiny into being and some argue this is the only true path to success know and make happen what you are striving for, discover and execute for SUCCESS! YOUR SUCCESS!
BOTH choice, free will, predisposition and assets can help, hinder, improve, destroy, showcase, trip up, even grow and expand our own success.
You need to know what your special gifts and talents are in order to tap into them effectively! But what contributes to being successful or tasting SUCCESS in your life?
There are THREE interwoven and inter-related concepts, forces at work here in this success dynamic. They are:
- Health – Well-being
- Judgment – Ability/Knowledge, Intuition
- Industry – Ambition
We ultimately define what, who we are, achieve, plan and execute in terms of success and/or failure – it is just what we do and how we go about it! It is normal and human to do so!
Success is important and means a lot in our modernistic society. We are all measures and held up to this arbitrary standard of achievement and SUCCESS in some form or another. But success does not just come by itself, without hard work, discipline and commitment amongst other things!
