Have you ever wondered what it would be like if you didn’t have be concerned about your weight or your health? Just imagine it. You could eat as many potato chips as you wanted and your weight and health wouldn’t be affected, no matter what you do. There would be no concerns about heart attacks or acid reflux disease. What if you just knew, without a doubt, that you would never get cancer. Can you imagine how you would feel not having to be concerned about any of these health problems?

What if we were to tell you that it is possible through the Law of Attraction?

As human beings, we are programmed to survive. Each generation of family confronts and lives in a different kind of environment. Back in the old days most people lived a rural life. They had to survive in the coldest of winters, before there was electricity or toilets, but their home life was much simpler and health and mental issues weren’t as pervasive. Nowadays, we live in a world that is much different, and in some ways more difficult to survive in. While we have heaters, lights, and modern day bathrooms, we are dealing with so much more mental stress and that is taxing on our bodies. The mental stress that a lot of people are under these days, can cause health issues. We have so many more people with diabetes and high blood pressure; more than we have ever seen.

What is happening to our society and how can we change these health problems?

Relieving mental stress is a good place to start, and is just as important as physical exercise. When you relieve that stress, you go into a calmer state and then the Law of Attraction takes over, ensuring that you have calmer times ahead.

Many people work over forty hours a week and return home exhausted and worried. This kind of pressure is hard on the body and the mind as well. So how can we change this without the many medications that are actually doing nothing more than masking the core problem? By teaching others how to use the Law of Attraction as a way to help ease pain and stress.

This sounds like an easy fix, and it can be, but most people can’t accept that just changing their way of thinking and focusing can change their overall mental and physical health.

When you concentrate on how hard you feel your life is, you emit feelings that are extremely strong. These feelings create more situations that attract back to you. As these feelings build, day after day, they manifest into a recurring pattern that you may manifest within your body, possibly in the form of illness or disease.

How can you help ease your stress?

Take some time to think about what you want out of life and what you are thankful for. Watch a funny movie. Walk to the park. Play with your puppy. Meditate. Use as many ‘feel good’ moments as you can, but most of all be grateful for what you have in life. Even if it is something small, start there. Grateful feelings will lift your mind’s vibration and even if it is just a little bit, it is good for your body.

Being a healthier you doesn’t always mean running laps. Being a healthier you includes thinking about your mental health and reducing your stress level. Through the Law of Attraction, you can obtain anything you desire and that includes better health and less stress. Make a conscious effect to ‘feel’ good. Even when you are under stress, tell yourself to let it go and let the Universe take care of whatever the issue is that is causing your stress. By just letting it go, you are telling the Universe that you trust it to take care of the situation. You no longer have to worry about it. And you’ll find when you ‘let go’ you will have more energy and a healthier outlook on your life.

Keep your eyes on the calmer, serene life and let go of your stress.

Be a healthier you through the Law of Attraction.

Let’s discuss the word ‘need’ opposed to ‘want’. Remember, it isn’t the word itself that you are avoiding, it is the feeling attached to the word. When you say that you ‘need’ to buy some groceries, use of the word isn’t going to affect your world by turning it upside down with ‘need’. It’s when you use the word ‘need’ in a sentence like this: I ‘need’ so much money that I don’t ever know how I will pay off these bills! When using the word ‘need’ with feeling attached, you are emphatically expressing what you don’t want to the Universe.

The Universe will act upon your feelings and your ‘don’t wants’ and bring to you exactly what you don’t want which in the example above is money.

When you have expressed such a strong feeling, do your best to change the sentence for yourself. “I may have bills but I know that they will be paid and that is what I ‘want’ so I will trust the Universe in bringing to me just that.”

Then…let it go and just trust the Law of Attraction to work for you. This can be applied to anything that you want to obtain.

Using the word ‘want’ seems to work well. When you tell the Universe that you want something from a positive standpoint, you will receive what you want. Be clear in your wants and concentrate on your ‘wants’ and not your ‘needs’. When you have one of those desperate moments and you bellow out what you need, try to turn it around into a want or desire. This can be done pretty easily and you will see that once you turn it into a positive, it will feel good. Here’s an example: “I want my car to work. I want a perfectly running car. Thanks Universe!” Opposed to: “I need this car. I need everything to run right!” Can you hear the difference in the feeling?

The Universe acts on your feelings and whatever images you have in your mind at that time. So if you have an image of a broken down car in your mind and you are feeling ‘need’, guess what will happen? If you have an image of a broken car fixed and feel trust and faith in the Law of Attraction, the Universe will respond with your want. It’s that simple.

Anytime you feel that you ‘need’ something, it is a ‘don’t want’ and will cause resistance. It’s like you are pushing against what you truly want. When you push against something, you are resisting what you want and the Universe will comply with your command and bring you resistance. If you don’t ‘need’ something and just want it and know you will have it, you are going with the flow. There is no pushing and the Universe will bring you what you want via the Law of Attraction.

The Law of Attraction really is easy to comprehend. By seeing what you want, feeling what you want, and providing no resistance against your desires, you will have your desires. By ’stewing’ and ‘needing’ a desire, you are setting yourself up to receive more to ’stew about’ and ‘need’.

So what will you choose to do? Will you choose to push against your want or ‘go with the flow’ of your want?

If you are a practitioner of the Law of Attraction you know what is best for you in order to obtain what you desire. By knowing just a few little tricks about feelings and certain words, you will be ahead of the game in attaining those wants and desires.

Simple : Just keep doing what you are doing.

Manifesting is not think and wait. When Law of Attraction is moving successfully in your life, you are in action. You are alive. You are inspired. You are thriving.

You are naturally in action all day every day.

Most people think manifesting is going up onto a mountain top and meditating and sitting around doing nothing…

Since all this information was first talked about by people like Krishna, Buddha, Jesus and Mohammad… And they did things like sat for 40 days and 40 nights in the desert, then it only seems natural that we should do the same…

But times are different, you are up to different things in this lifetime.

There will be a time when you can think of it, and BAM it will manifest. That that will be the day that you do not care at all if it does…total detachment is the key to rapid manifesting.

Until then, to stop doing what you are doing is a manifesting pitfall.  It’s dangerous!

This is where you could derail your manifestations.  Most people get so excited about their new goals, dreams and intentions that they drop everything to go after them. Then, they have no income while the new income streams are being created. Then, they move into a spiraling downturn of depression and anxiety.

Your new intentions are an expression of where you are when they were created (when you thought of them).  You couldn’t even have the new intention without being where you are now.  Being where you are now gives you the point of view that makes your intention an obvious desirable thing.

For example:  If you lived in government housing, then from that point of view that you wouldn’t necessarily say to yourself “I want to manifest a giant mansion”.  From the perspective of needing government assistance, it could be likely that you really desire being able to pay the rent on your own and on time.

Once you are paying the rent easily, you now might desire “Owning your own home”.  From that new perspective, you might desire an even nicer neighborhood.  From that new perspective you might desire “Big House!” and so on.

Where you are gives you a set of probable desires.  Roll with that.

What you want to manifest will come out of what you are already doing, even if the two seem totally unrelated.

The worst thing you can do is drop everything in favor of your new goal.  This will immediately upset your balance, your peace, your certainty…and your expectations…as you enter the extreme unknown.

Remember what I said.  Manifesting is not think and wait.

You will quickly find yourself in action, dreaming, getting excited and talking about your new manifestations with everyone.

This will create all kinds of actions to take.  The key is not dropping everything the moment you get excited about your new goal or objective.

Where you are is perfect.  Where you are is leading you to where you are going.  Chill out.  Enjoy this moment.

Here are 3 simple ways for you to enhance your therapy:
1. Meditate at least 10 -20 minutes everyday on a regular basis. This will help you greatly to improve your condition. You still may need the help of a professional therapist or doctor but your daily meditations are valuable. If you have children or other family members that need your attention you want to do this exercise when things are quiet so that you can truly be still and relax. Make this your time out from a busy and stressful day.
2. When meditating you can do the following exercise: Close your eyes and picture yourself sitting in a large football stadium all by yourself in total darkness. Hold this mental picture for about 20 seconds. After the 20 seconds are over imagine yourself sitting in the same stadium with bright and warm lights shining on you. After that go back in your mind to the same stadium with all the lights out. This exercise will enhance the understanding of your inner self. To get to know your inner person will help you to understand yourself. It will also help you to listen to yourself and become more intuitive. The Law of Attraction has helped countless people to help with their anxieties and stress. It may be difficult at first for you to meditate regularly especially if you did not do meditations before. You still want to make it part of your daily routine. Meditation is essentials for good mental and physical health.
3. To help with your anxieties you can also think about some great affirmations to help you along those lines of recovery. Here are some suggestions of what you could say when doing affirmations: “I am living in a paradise and I have peace all around. I am feeling great and I love my life”. 2. Use meditation and affirmations as tools to change your patterns of thinking. Write down times and places when you eat and do this for about 2 weeks. You will discover a pattern and trigger points this information will help you to evaluate your eating habits.
You cannot expect results that come overnight but with some consistency and determination you will succeed when using the Law of Attraction. Always remember that the Law of Attraction responds to your feelings and emotions. Try to have positive thoughts and program your mind deliberately to help you to loose the weight that you always wanted to lose. Harness the power of the Law of Attraction! Focus on the positive aspects of losing weight and becoming a slim person. The way you feel will make a difference in your progress of succeeding. When applying the Law of Attraction, it always comes back to you and your perception. Everything and everyone you encounter in your life, you have intentionally or unintentionally attracted into your world.

You may be saying to yourself, “There is no way that I attracted that mean old man who yelled at me for passing him on the road.” Believe it or not, at some time you produced an emotion that attracted that experience to you. And it didn’t take just one thought and one feeling to cause the experience to attract to you. It came from a repetitious thought and feeling over time. Everything that comes into your world is always attracted from a thought and feeling that you are possessing or have possessed.

When you experience a day when everyone seems to mirror the same kind of mood, whether crabby or happy, frustrated or serene, take a look at yourself. People who are in your life whether for just a moment or everyday, are a reflection of what or who you are attracting. All that we are, in fact, is a direct result of what we have thought.

Is there any control over where our lives are lead through the Law of Attraction? Yes, there is. Begin to take responsibility for your life. Realize that you have created everything that is in your life, and that it is just as easy to create a life that you want.

By looking at what is around you, you are able to tell what direction you are headed through the people that come into your life, and by how you react to them. You can also tell which direction you are headed by the situations that seem to be attracting to you as well.

Let’s say you have been maintaining a clear image of a fulfilling relationship. During your visualization time you continually get interrupted by some negative feelings and thoughts of your old flame, and his or her bad habits, but you continue to visualize.

The next week you discover your e-dating service connects someone who is interested in meeting you. So you hook up the date and you go and meet him/her. Ten minutes into the date you realize that she/he is just like your old flame.

Now this is pretty obvious. By what you are attracting you are not heading in the right direction. Sure, you were visualizing clearly but with muddled feelings of an old relationship thrown into the stew pot. The Universe is letting you know that you are attracting what you are thinking and feeling and this is what you are attracting. The great thing about this scenario is that you receive a clear indicator that you want to build some better feelings and thoughts for your clear image.

Be aware of what the Universe is telling you and indicating to you and adjust your thoughts and feelings accordingly. Every incident, every person, every circumstance all comes back to you.

Take your clear image and create clearer, more wonderful feelings to go with that image. When you leave behind all the past events and people that have had a negative pull on your life, you will attract people free of that negative pull. But you must first start with yourself. Take inventory of what feelings and thoughts you want as much as the ones you don’t, and stick to a clear image. Then take notes from the Universe when it shows you that you have attracted something you don’t want.

Become clearer in your image and feelings of what you do want. You can’t go wrong if you listen and see the indicators that the Universe gives as it steers you to where you want to be. The Law of Attraction never fails.

As you sit there and read the beginning of this report you start to feel that a home business is not for everyone. If you can answer honestly to the question, “Is this right for me?,” then you will be likely to get the right answer.

By asking questions that force you to give an answer honestly, then you will allow the Law of Attraction to effectively work in your life. You will encourage yourself to expand your mindset and FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT. You are now acting as your own coach where your focus will shift to the possibilities and not the impossibilities.

If negative feelings surface, it may mean that you are fearful about starting a business and leaving the security of a job. This is when you have to look at the positives of owning a business like the flexibility, freedom and income potential it will offer you compared to your day job. Remember, this is something you can start part-time and then transition to full-time when you see the money start coming in.

If you focus on the positive, you will attract positive results. If you have a purpose in mind and aim to fulfill it, you will be able to choose the business that is right for you.

Start with your skills and talents. You can never go wrong with what you already know. With this in mind, what you know will attract what you want. Write down a plan of action and start with the basics. Paint a visual picture in your mind of what you want. This will help you attain your Definite Purpose faster.

If you have the sense of purpose to know exactly what you want in a home-based business, you don’t have to look very far because everything starts in the mind and how you envision it to be. You will just attract more of it, if you put your thought and focus on it.

Using the Law of Attraction is not just getting lucky. It is about defining what you want and thinking about it long enough to create a mental awareness of what you need to do to accomplish it. Once you keep taking some action, the rest will follow. It is just that simple. In short, you attract situations into your life that help you achieve your goals.

Your mind might want to resist something as new to it as the Law of Attraction, but you only need to keep focused on the end result. Where are you and where are you going? Write down your goals, visualize and act on your goals everyday. See yourself owning that business, getting up when you want to, seeing your car parked in the garage while others are going to work, see yourself at a business lunch with a client and see yourself sitting in front of your computer each day accomplishing your day’s goal.

We see and experience the world, not as it is, but as we are. We literally create our own reality.

Will it take work? Yes. Is there a small learning curve? Yes. But can you do it? YES!

So you are doing everything that you have read about in applying the Law of Attraction. You’re focusing on your wants and trying not to get upset with your everyday circumstances that just happen. You’re looking for every sign of encouragement that the Universe sends your way. You’re being as patient as you can and you’re visualizing ’til the cows come home. You’re mentally exhausted from watching every thought and feeling that you come across. Now what?

Many people actually feel this way. They try so hard to apply the Law of Attraction and that is actually the problem. They are trying too hard.

The Law of Attraction is really a simple law but being human, we tend to complicate things.

You want to “just be” when using the Law of Attraction intentionally. Get a clear image in your head of what you desire. Create this image as if you are the architect planning a new home construction. Be excited about it and get as focused as possible. Every evening take some time to yourself where you can really focus on your image. Imagine having your desire, imagine what you are wearing, imagine it is happening right now, imagine going through the physical steps of the image, and then… let it go and just be. Putting all that strong feeling intention into your desire has started the motor running. The Universe has a good idea of what you want.

When you wake up in the morning and you have the time, you should focus again upon your desire. But even if you don’t have time for a second round think only of your desire with excitement when you do think of it.

If you begin to think how you don’t have your desire, you are focusing on your ‘don’t want’ and that will bring you what you don’t want. All through the day, when the thought of your desire comes to mind, think of it in the now and with happiness and joy that it is manifesting, and then let go and just be. Make sure that you focus once a day on what it is that you want and if you can focus more, go for it.

Just by having one visualization session a day, your desire will come to you as long as you don’t put any negative toward it. If you are feeling down and you think of your desire, you are sabotaging its arrival. Only think of your desire with joy.

You don’t have to watch every little thought that pops into your head in order for your desire to come to you. Just enjoying your day and expressing gratitude about life will do wonders. Trying too hard and watching every thought is actually attracting situations of control and of trying too hard.

Let the impatience go and let the Universe do its job. Just relax and enjoy life knowing full well the Universe is handling all that needs to be handled in order for you to have what you desire. Your job is to visualize and just be and the Universe’s job is to take care of the how. Let go of the control and micro managing and let the Universe do its job through the Law of Attraction.

Although the movie “The Secret” was a huge success, it was more or less just another money maker for those involved. For many viewers it is just too good to be true. It is full of hype and promises that are unrealistic for our current stage of human development. It is a loaded gun placed in the hands of infants. Most are not mentally ready for it.

The movie represents a process that can and does work, but only when it has been fully understood, developed, and refined. It is millennia ahead of our current abilities as a species. The Law of Attraction is at work every day in our lives and as the movie points out, we create what we think and that can be dangerous on a conscious level.

The reason it will not work for most people on a conscious level is because humanity has disempowered itself for centuries. Humanity was and is born with the knowledge of the “law” but from birth the power is systematically taken away from us. The power always remains with us, but it is never developed or talked about. Infants are taught not to use it and to be submissive and obedient. Religion is the greatest distracter for The Law of Attraction. Those who would have power over us to not want us to use our power because in doing so, we disempower them. I further explain this in my book “Led Down The Garden Path” due to be published in early spring of 2008.

The movie does not go far enough; it presents the end results of a system of creation, but does not educate the viewer or take them to it. It is a slick Ferrari with too much power and no training. It is an idea that gives too little for too many without explanation of why it won’t work for most. More or less it gives you a glossy picture of a finished computer and no schematics or instructions on how to build or use it – a box full of parts. It is just too overwhelming for most.

I am living proof that the law of attraction works, and for almost sixty years it has been working in the background, in the subconscious. It has only been in the last eight years that I have started to learn about how it works and why it does not work consciously for some. In hindsight most of us can see how it has worked for us in our personal lives. My own story about bringing Perthes disease into my life and curing myself a year later is a dramatic story of how the “law” works. It is chronicled in my book “Your Life Was Never Meant to be a Struggle”.

What has triggered this article was a book I received recently from an author for review. The author failed over several years to control the process and has written an angry and embittered book about how it does not work. The first few chapters are filled with emotion; hurt, anger, disappointment and bitterness. But it becomes very apparent in the early parts of the book why the author was unable to consciously work the law. There are huge gaps in her education about who she is and her true nature. It is like a bird that can’t fly because it doesn’t know it is a bird. Likewise the law will not work for most because most people don’t know who they naturally are. Without the understanding of who we are and our own capabilities; we will not be able to fly either. The movie should have come with a warning; not suitable for all audiences viewer discretion is advised.

Most people would not know themselves as creating miracles because they do not know themselves as God and they believe that only God can create miracles. It is the same with the “Law of Attraction;” it does not work until you know that you are the creator of the end result – what it is you want!

The secret to “The Secret” is that you can not have what you want while you are wanting it nor you can not have what you want while you are trying to create it. The law requires complete acceptance that you have what you desire. This aspect of the law is too simple for a race that requires complicated explanations. It is important to repeat it here again. “You cannot have what you want, nor can you have what you want while you are trying to create it”

“You can do this and more” is a line that Christianity should recognize. Although religion is not an aspect of “The Law of Attraction” Christianity does support the “law” in the line from the Bible that was spoken by Jesus. “The faith of a mustard seed” is the fundamental secret of the “law”. A mustard seed has no faith; it has knowing. The evolution of the mustard seed is programmed into it – it is all about knowing. Knowing is absolute, and if you know a thing it becomes your new truth. And to know a thing, you must know that you are the creator of that knowing. Know this to be true and you will have the secret for success and the only thing that makes the “Law of Attraction” work.

In the natural universe there is only knowing; laws are created by man because that is what he does, because he is a creative being. The only purpose to physical life is the desire to experience. The law of attraction gives humanity a tool that can create on demand and consciously when it is understood and accepted. Distracters of the law simply are not there yet – they are not ready. More over, they do not want anyone else to be able to use it either.

It is very obvious in this world that there are many areas of enlightenment. Some are more advanced than others. That is neither good nor bad, it simply is a truth, it is observable, and it is appropriate. All things have the ability to evolve and they do in turn, when they are ready. I don’t believe there are levels of enlightenment, just areas of enlightenment. Each run on the ladder is a step, a place that each of us experiences one way or the other until we get to where we want to be.

Each one of us possesses all the tools to have all that we desire in our lives through intentionally applying the Law of Attraction. So can you imagine what it would be like to be a child of the Law of Attraction; to apply the Law of Attraction intentionally from childhood? Think of how wonderful life would be, and life’s bumps would seem less potent.

Children naturally live the LOA until they begin to communicate and are told by others what is right and wrong for them. So how do you raise a child to understand and apply the Law of Attraction without encouraging and creating a little monster with no manners? Just because you are teaching them to apply the LOA doesn’t mean you let them get away with everything because you thing you might be encroaching upon their world.

Children are like the intuitive mind. That is where they live until we show them the logical mind. We continually teach them about the logical mind and what we perceive is right or wrong, and parents teach their children what to be afraid of and what dangers there are through their own life perceptions. Your children get this passed on to them, just like it was passed on to you.

But how wonderful would it be to teach our children how to use their intuitive minds as well as the logical mind while putting more emphasis on the intuitive? Let’s teach our children how to create without fear so when they grow up that is all they know. They could become the great creators of their lives and have all they desire…love, gratitude, joy, health, financial abundance, relationships, career, just like they would want it. And just like you want it for them.

Every one of us carries baggage of some sort and even if we aren’t responsible for it, our children will most likely inherit the same baggage. But if they are equipped with the tools to teach them how to release their baggage early on, they will avoid dragging a baggage cart through life. Let’s teach our children the Law of Attraction now so they can have a Law of Attraction lifetime of intentional creation.

Children learn by example. The best thing you can do for your child is to show how to live life joyously and be grateful for their lives. By observing how you live through the Law of Attraction, your child will begin to create perceptions of life. Make sure you are applying the Law of Attraction intentionally so they will ‘perceive’ how life works. Then when they become adults, they will apply the LOA effortlessly.

You will have shown them how to live life gratefully, effortlessly, and with love through the Law of Attraction.
